Tenant move out required SERVPRO to move in

SERVPRO responded to a call from general contractor.  They were tasked with the remodeling of a unit after a tenant had moved out.  Unfortunatly the unit was so bad with cat urine and neglect that the contractor was unable to perform the demo needed.  SERVPRO was called in and performed the demo of carpet, cabinets and contents left behind.  Full PPE was utilized along with HEPA air scrubber equipment managing air flow through the unit during the demo phase.  The odor was pretty bad on this one, neighbors commented glad this was being addressed.  SERVPRO responds even on the really nasty ones.
