Flooded Home Theater
This home theater in Newport Beach flooded. SERVPRO of Newport Beach responded promptly to phone call from property manager. It required about 6 hours of pumping with a sump pump. Once the loose water was pumped and extracted then the drying process was started that same day as shown in the after photo. A combination of select demo was performed to get adequate air flow and dry the exposed framing. Since this was a home theater there was quite a bit of insulation which needed to be removed. The theater was restored to normal moisture level after five days of drying.
